No Regrets!
It’s now 24 hours after doing my big chop (bc) and I feel as good as ever!
I began transitioning from permed hair to natural in July and finally decided to just start fresh. After a few months of caring for 2 textures as my hair has been growing out, I had to ask myself; why was I holding on to the processed hair? When I got to the core of that, I couldn’t get to the salon quick enough, and oh how liberating!
I feel as confident as ever and when I look in the mirror, I see the beauty and not so much from the direct reflection but, the journey that has gotten me to this point. There’s a feeling of triumph that I see illuminating from the inside out. No Regrets!
