Night-time Me!

I'ts a must!

It’s a must!

It’s quite easy to get so caught up with life’s demands and caring for others that we put our own needs aside.  Even with all of my regular responsibilities I try to make it business to take a little bit of time to myself on the daily basis for self-care.

As you’re probably aware, I am an advent buyer of products.  It’s my treat to myself as I love turning everyday grooming time into pamper experiences.  I’m often asked about my favorite products or recommendations for a specific kind of product to address a particular need.  So with this post, I’m going to share my night-time regimen along with some of the products that I use. I hope it’s helpful, welcome to the Night-time Me!

Step 1: Remove make-up

Step 2: Cleanse my face

I use a gentle cleanser. Cetaphil or Cerave are good as well.

One of the keys to healthy hair, is definitely protecting your hair while you sleep. Either a silk or satin head covering will maintain the moisture in your hair.  If possible invest in a GOOD bonnet or scarf and if you don’t tend to cover your hair, a satin or silk pillow case is another option.  I actually have a bonnet/pillow case set made of charmeuse satin and believe me, I can feel the difference from my old hair supply/Target duo.

It’s okay to take a some time to relax and/or pamper yourself and it’s actually much easier to make the time to indulge, if you incorporate little rituals into the everyday things that you have to do anyway.

How do you prepare for bed? Have any product questions? What time of day do you get to yourself?

      Hi Kizzy!

I got the mositurizer in a complete face kit however; you can find it by itself or the entire line at Target.

As you know I have adult acne and the products have work well, thanks.
